15th Anniversary Events

Dear Brothers and Sisters in Christ,

On behalf of St. Veronica's Catholic Church, let me be the first to wish you a "Happy Anniversary!"

That's right, our beloved St. Veronica's is celebrating the 15th Anniversary of the founding of our Parish the 10th Anniversary of the opening of our building, and the 5th Anniversary of the Adoration Chapel.  We want you to be a part of the celebration! Plans are well underway to make this year – June 21, 2014 to June 21, 2015 – a remarkable "Year of Grace." Each month there will be activities planned to help us to increase and enrich our faith, find new opportunities to serve, and to join other parishioners in thanksgiving and fellowship.

I am asking you to make a gift of yourself to our Parish during this Anniversary Year.  In thanksgiving for the many gifts and graces we have each received from our Parish, will you make a pledge to find a new way to increase your faith, to serve our community, and celebrate with other parishioners?

Please look at our Anniversary Pledge Card.  Please take a moment to look at it and to prayerfully consider what you can pledge of yourself and your family in gratitude for the blessings of St. Veronica's during this year.   On the other side of the card is the opportunity to let me and Father Isenberg know any special intentions you may have so that we can pray for them during this year.  Pledge cards can be returned to the Parish Office or placed in the collection baskets at Mass.  Cards will be kept in a basket in the Sacristy and prayed for at Anniversary Masses.  Updates on the many Anniversary activities and ideas for faith, service, and fellowship can be found below.

The Anniversary Kick-Off Event will be Saturday, June 21, 2014.  The Knights of Columbus will be collecting gently used clothes during the day and that evening, after the 5pm Mass, there will be a family barbeque with games for children, a Eucharistic Procession, and a bonfire.  It is free!  All are welcome!

Thank you for your willingness to pledge the gift of yourself during this Anniversary Year!  Together, we will make this 15th Anniversary a "Year of Grace."
