Lenten Mass and Confession Schedule

St. Veronica Church will offer additional Daily Masses and Confession times during Lent.  We will celebrate daily Mass each Monday through Saturday at 8:30 am, and each Monday, Wednesday, and Friday at 7:30 pm.  We will have confession each Monday, Wednesday, and Friday beginning at 6:30 pm in addition to our regularly scheduled confessions on Saturday at 9:00 am and 3:30 pm.  On Friday, we will recite the Stations of the Cross at 7:00 pm. 

 
Lenten Evening of Reflection

On Wednesday, March 3, St. Veronica will have a Lenten Evening of Reflection.  Father Ron Gillis will present on the topic, "The ordained priesthood and the priesthood of the laity."  The evening will begin with confession at 6:30 pm, 7:00 pm Reflection, and 7:30 pm Holy Mass.  All parishioners are encouraged and welcom to attend. 

 
Lenten Soup Suppers

All parishioners are invited to the Friday Lenten Soup Supper at St. Veronica.  The workcamp teens will host the soup suppers each Friday during lent from 5:30 - 6:30 pm in the parish hall.  All donations collected will go to support the Blessed Mother Teresa Outreach Apostolate, which assists the less fortunate in our area.  We are still in need of cooks.  If you are willing to make soup or can donate bread to support the soup supper, please contact Chris inthe Parish Office, 703-773-2000.

Pilgrimage to France

Father Hathaway, Father Fasano, and Father Searby will lead a pilgrimage to Catholic France for the Year fro Priests  April 11 - April 19, 2010, with an optional extension to Italy (April 19 - 22).

The itinerary will include Paris, Lourdes, Lyon, Avignon, Ars, Clunny, Nevers

Parish Registration

If you would like to register as a parishioner at St. Veronica Catholic Church, and live within our parish boundaries, registration forms, are available in the church lobbies or in the parish office.  Upon complettion of the registration form, you may drop it in collection basket or mail it to the parish office.  Our address is 3460 Centreville Road, Chantilly, VA 20151. 

If you are moving out of the parish or have a change of address, please contact the parish office so we can keep our records up to date.  Thank you for your assistance!

 
Eucharistic Adoration Chapel
MonstranceSt. Veronica Catholic Church has opened our Eucharistic Adoration Chapel. 

The Eucharistic Adoration Chapel opens after the 8:30 am Mass every Monday and remains open with the Blessed Sacrament exposed until 8:30 am every Saturday.  We are grateful to the over 200 adorers we currently have, but we are in need of more adorers.  Please consider making a committment to Eucharistic Adoration.  We are especially in need of adorers during the hours of 11 am and 5 pm each day. 

If you would like to commit to an hour of weekly Eucharistic Adoration, please call the parish office, 703-773-2000.
