SUMMARY:40 Days for Life Continues
DESCRIPTION:Through November 5th\, 40 Days for Life – 40 days of peaceful prayer and fasting for an end to abortion – will occur outside abortion mills throughout the United States and the world. Because the nearest high volume abortion mill is located in Falls Church\, 40 Days for Life is asking St. Veronica’s parishioners to expand our efforts. Specifically\, we are asking parishioners to commit to offering intercessory prayers for an hour each weekday before the Blessed Sacrament to pray for families harmed by abortion. Our hope is that for one hour each Monday-Friday during 40 Days\, someone will be praying in an Adoration Chapel to end abortion. In addition\, you are invited to join Steven Grist each Saturday morning during 40 Days from 9:00-11:00 am in a peaceful prayer vigil outside the mill on 900 S. Washington Street in Falls Church.
