The Mass is the highest form of prayer, yet many of us participate without fully grasping its depth. In this talk, St. Veronica parishioner and catechist Fred Costello will give a highly informed yet very personal explanation the Mass, looking upon each aspect not as routine but as profoundly meaningful. He walks us step-by-step through the Mass, explaining the meaning behind the prayers, gestures, movements, structure, and sacred spaces.
