From February 14th through March 25th, the Lenten 40 Days for Life Campaign—40 days of peaceful prayer and fasting for an end to abortion—will occur outside abortion mills throughout the United States and the world. Because the nearest high volume abortion mill is located in Falls Church, 40 Days for Life is again asking St. Veronica’s parishioners to expand our efforts. Schedule: Meal @ 6:00 pm, Confessions @ 6:30 pm, and Stations of the Cross @ 7:00 pm. Menu: A variety of meatless soups, including butternut squash bisque, bean chili, and potato soup, as well as fresh baguettes and tossed Italian salad. Cookies, brownies and coffee will be served for dessert.
